Many people ask what Mental Health is? So here it is ☺
Cognitive, behavioral and emotional well-being is Mental health. It is about how people, think, and feel.
sometimes Mental health can affect daily living, relationships and physical health too.
Conditions such as stress, depression, and anxiety can all affect mental health and disrupt a person's routine.
Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood, adolescence through adulthood.
If you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. There are many factors contribute to mental health problems such as;
-Biological factors, as genes or brain chemistry
-Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse
-Family history of mental health problems
Mental health problem are common even people with this can get better and many recover completely.
Early Signs:
Eating or sleeping too much or too little
Pulling away from people and usual activities
Having low or no energy
Feeling numb or like nothing matters
Feeling helpless or hopeless
Having unexplained pains or aches
Confused, forgetful, on edge, angry, upset, worried, or scared
Yelling and fighting with family and friends
Hearing voices or believing things that are not true or real
Thinking of harming yourself or others
Inability to perform daily tasks like taking care of your kids or getting to work or school.
Types of mental illness
-mood disorders (such as depression or bipolar disorder)
-anxiety disorders.
-personality disorders.
-psychotic disorders (such as schizophrenia)
-eating disorders.
-trauma-related disorders (such as post-traumatic stress disorder)
-substance abuse disorders.
Psychotherapy is the therapeutic treatment of mental illness provided by a trained mental heath professional. Psychotherapy paired with medication is the most effective way to promote recovery.

Mental Health is not about a destination, but a process. It's about how you drive, not where you're going...
